About Us
Our Chef and Staff
Chef Nick grew up in the south side of Chicago one of 7 children. He started cooking early with his dad cooking in soup kitchens and cooking with his mom and grandmother.
Chef Nick worked in kitchens since he was a teen and never looked back. Studied abroad in Europe during the late 90's from Spain, Italy, and France, just to name a few.
Cooking good food for people burns in his soul. Teaching others how to do the same is his drive.
Dine In or Take Out
We have worked to package our meals in a way that lets you bring the quality of our meals into your home. We always love to see you in person, but will be here for you when you want to eat at home as well.
Seasonal and Local
We do everything we can to keep everything in our community. Using local produce and meat supplies, we keep more in the Berlin area, more in Wisconsin and more here right at home.
